With its cutting-edge use of 3-D, performance-capture, CGI technology, and some Reality Camera System technology, the immensely ambitious film is supposed to revolutionize filmmaking AND film viewing as we know it.  It is said that the film is the third-most expensive movie ever created, over $237 million production budget.

Whether the film will live up to the hype, rock your world to the core, cure baldness and proclaim James Cameron “King of the World!” once again.. or not, this first glimpse at Avatar is definitely causing viewers’ jaws to drop (SEE PHOTO HERE).
