Japanese farmers created these elaborate murals in the rice paddies of Inakadate. The images of Napoleon and a Sengoku warrior may look like paint, but they are really made of four different colored rice varieties, strategically and carefully arranged into patterns. The crop art came into full bloom during July, but the seeds for the project had been planted months before.

Bejeweled Gundam ガンダム
While the full-sized RX-78-2 Gundam continue to attract attention in Odaiba Shiokaze Park at night, a girlie Gundam (created by a Chinese fan) caught the interests of many Gundam fans over the internet. This Gundam comes pretty in pink with laces and encrusted jewels.
